In a large bowl use your clean hands or a large metal spoon to mix together all the burger ingredients, work the mixture until its slightly sticky in texture. This means the burgers will hold together when you cook them. Form into 4 balls and flatten them slightly with your hands. Using a large frying pan or a preheated barbecue hot plate, melt a teaspoon of coconut oil over the cooking surface and fry the burgers turning a couple of times until cooked to your liking.

To serve, generously spread the seed bread toast with mayonnaise, pile in the cooked burgers, tomato slices and some green salad leaves. Add extra tomato sauce if you like it. Eat immediately with lots of napkins.
