No time for breakfast? Here’s a protein packed green breakfast smoothie brekky you can drink on the run that takes less than 5 minutes to make. Vary the ingredients to include your favourite in season fruit and seasonal veggies.

  • 1 handful of washed spinach leaves, roughly chopped. (About 50g)
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled roughly chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Absolute Organic coconut flour
  • 2 cups unsweetened organic rice or almond milk

Place everything in a blender and blitz till smooth. Serve immediately.
